B2 Gift Room Card Terms and Conditions:

• Booking Period: 3 January – 31 December 2017
• Staying period: 3 January – 31 December 2017, excluding event dates and bank holidays such as New Year period (29 – 31 December 2017), and Song Kran Festival period (12 – 16 April 2017).
• Each B2 Gift Room Card costs 5,502 baht (unlimited number of card purchasing per person). Only accept payment by money transfer and credit card.
• Each B2 Gift Room Card can be used to stay at any B2 Hotels for 10 nights and plus 1-night stay at B2 Pai Premier Resort Hotel.
• The card is subject to availability for only Superior Room and Superior Garden View Room (exclude breakfast, maximum stay for 2 persons) and extra person charges may apply.
• Each B2 Gift Room Card is valid for only making hotel rooms for the limited amount of room nights loaded on card. The cost of telephone calls, drinks, hotel services, etc. are separate.
• The card will be sent to your preferred mailing address within 7 – 14 business days after purchasing. When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly.
•  Any accommodation reservation relating to a B2 Gift Room Card issued for a package of accommodation, must be made directly through the B2 Call Center at least 7 days in advance.
• The company reserved the right to make a reservation via B2 Call Center to those who purchased and received B2 Gift Room Card only.
• The gift card must be presented upon check-in at the hotel prior to any services being used. The hotel may not accept your accommodation reservation relating to a B2 Gift Room Card if the cad cannot be presented upon check-in, then payment must be made for the accommodation booked.
• Additional charge of 40% will be incurred if the room rate during the stay period is start from 1,000 baht per room night.
• The B2 Gift Room Card cannot be used to upgrade the room.
• In case of any accommodation reservation made directly at a B2 Hotel involving a B2 Gift Room Card, the remaining room balance on the card can be redeemed for accommodation subject to availability at the discretion of the hotel.
• Any accommodation reservation relating to a B2 Gift Room Card is non-cancellable, non-refundable, cannot be amended and redeemed for cash.
• The use of a B2 Gift Room Card is not eligible to redeem for Rewards Point on I AM B2 Card.
• The remaining room balance on the card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• GPCM Group reserves the right not to accept responsibility for the loss or theft of B2 Gift Room Cards. The cards are not replaceable if lost, damaged, stolen or expired and are void if altered, photocopied or reproduced.
• Each B2 Gift Room Card is loaded with set amount of room nights for a specified room type which can be used for multiple purchases for as long as there are amount of room night remains on the card at any B2 Boutique and Budget Hotel you wish to stay card and may not be combined with other select promotions, offers discounts, or preceding reservation.
• GPCM Group Co., Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue or change the detail of conditions of this offer without prior notice.

Accommodation at B2 Pai Premier Resort Hotel Terms and Conditions:

• Every purchase of one B2 Gift Room Card is eligible to book and stay at B2 Pai Premier Resort Hotel for 1 night.
• The special room rate is subject to availability for only Superior Rooms at B2 Pai Premier Resort Hotel.
• This special room rate is per room per night (exclude breakfast, maximum stay for 2 persons) and extra person charges may apply.
• The special offer is eligible for B2 Gift Room cardholders only.
• This special offer is subject to availability at the time of the sale promotion.
• Any accommodation reservation relating to the special rate must be made directly through the B2 Call Center only (booking through the www.B2HOTEL.com website or directly through the hotel is not accepted). Booking and stay periods are as follows:
  – Booking Period: 3 January – 31 January 2017
  – Staying period: 3 January – 31 December 2017, excluding event dates and bank holidays such as New Year period (29 – 31 December 2017 ), and Song Kran Festival period (12 – 16 April 2017).

• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถใช้บัตรสำรองห้องพักในช่วง เทศกาลปีใหม่ (29 – 31 ธันวาคม 2560) และ เทศกาลสงกรานต์ (12 – 16 เมษายน 2560)
• B2 Gift Room Card 1 บัตร จำหน่ายในราคา 5,502 บาท (สามารถซื้อได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนต่อท่าน) บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์รับชำระค่าสั่งซื้อ B2 Gift Room Card ด้วยบัตรเครดิต และเงินโอนผ่านธนาคารเท่านั้น
• B2 Gift Room Card 1 บัตร สามารถใช้เข้าพักได้ 10 คืน สำหรับห้องพักประเภท Superior และ Superior Garden View ในราคาขาย ณ วันเข้าพักไม่เกิน 999 บาท ต่อห้องต่อคืนเท่านั้น (ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า จำกัด 2 ท่านต่อ 1 ห้อง) และพิเศษห้องพักประเภท Superior โรงแรมบีทู ปาย พรีเมียร์ รีสอร์ท 1 ห้อง 1 คืน ในราคา 2 บาท (ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า จำกัด 2 ท่านต่อ 1 ห้อง)
• บัตร B2 Gift Room Card จะถูกจัดส่งให้กับท่านทางไปรษณีย์ภายในระยะเวลา 7-14 วันทำการ ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของผู้สั่งซื้อบัตรหากให้ข้อมูลที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งไม่ถูกต้อง
• กรุณาสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วัน และสำรองห้องพักโดยตรงกับ B2 Call Center เท่านั้น
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ทำการสำรองห้องพักทาง B2 Call Center ให้กับเฉพาะผู้ที่ได้รับบัตร B2 Gift Room Card แล้วเท่านั้น
• เพื่อสิทธิของท่าน กรุณาแสดงบัตร B2 Gift Room Card ทุกครั้งในวันเข้าพัก ทั้งนี้ทางโรงแรมอาจปฏิเสธการเข้าพักหากท่านไม่นำบัตรมาแสดง ณ เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอินในวันเข้าพัก และทางโรงแรมอาจเรียกเก็บเงินค่าห้องพักเต็มจำนวน
• หากวันที่ต้องการเข้าพัก ประเภทห้องพักที่ระบุไว้ตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้น มีราคาตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาทขึ้นไป จะต้องชำระเพิ่มอีก 40% ของราคาห้องพักในวันนั้น ๆ
• ไม่สามารถใช้บัตร B2 Gift Room Card อัพเกรดห้องพักได้
• เครือโรงแรมในเครือบีทู ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการใช้บัตรในกรณีห้องพักเต็ม หากผู้ถือบัตรไม่ทำการสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนดไว้
• ห้องพักที่สำรองจากการใช้บัตร B2 Gift Room Card นี้ไม่สามารถทำการยกเลิก/เลื่อนวันเข้าพัก และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับบริการและโปรโมชั่นส่งเสริมการขายอื่นๆได้
• ไม่สามารถใช้บัตร B2 Gift Room Card นี้เพื่อสะสมคะแนนร่วมกับบัตร I AM B2 ได้
• บัตร B2 Gift Room Card นี้ไม่สามารถเติมเงินเข้าบัตร หรือโอนจำนวนห้องที่เหลือระหว่างบัตรได้
• จำนวนห้องพักคงเหลือในบัตรนี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อกรณี ขอคืนบัตร ยกเลิกบัตร ออกบัตรใหม่ทดแทนกรณีบัตรสูญหาย บัตรหมดอายุ ถูกขโมย ถูกนำบัตรไปใช้โดยผู้อื่น และ/หรือชดเชยความเสียหายในทุกกรณี
• บัตร B2 Gift Room Card นี้เป็นบัตรระบบ Prepaid Debit สามารถใช้ชำระแทนเงินสดเฉพาะค่าห้องพัก และประเภทห้องพักที่ระบุไว้ ณ เครือโรงแรมบีทู บูติก แอนด์ บัดเจททุกสาขาในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับบริการและโปรโมชั่นส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ได้ ทั้งนี้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของการออกบัตรนี้
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไขเงื่อนไขการใช้บัตร B2 Gift Room Card โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

รายละเอียดการใช้สิทธิ์สำรองห้องพักโรงแรมบีทู ปาย พรีเมียร์ รีสอร์ท ในราคา 2 บาท เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

• ทุกการซื้อบัตร B2 Gift Room 1 บัตร มีสิทธิ์สำรองห้องพัก ประเภท Superior ณ โรงแรมบีทู ปาย พรีเมียร์ รีสอร์ท ในราคา 2 บาท ต่อ 1 ห้องต่อ 1 คืนพัก (ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า และสามารถเข้าพักได้สูงสุด 2 ท่าน ต่อห้องพัก)
• สิทธิพิเศษนี้สำหรับผู้ซื้อบัตร B2 Gift Room Card ผ่านทาง www.B2HOTEL.com หรือ B2 Call Center 02-222-1133 ภายในวันที่ 15 – 31 ธันวาคม 2559 เท่านั้น
• สิทธิพิเศษนี้ต้องทำการสำรองห้องพักกับ B2 Call Center เท่านั้น (ไม่สามารถจองผ่าน www.B2HOTEL.com หรือจองผ่านโดยตรงกับโรงแรมฯ ได้) ระยะเวลาการในสำรองห้องพักและการเข้าพักเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้
  – สำรองห้องพัก: 3 มกราคม – 31 มกราคม 2560
  – ระยะเวลาเข้าพัก: 3 มกราคม – 31 ธันวาคม 2560
